The name Kuw Zov Ner is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Kuw Zov Ner was founded by Khëd Dharda, who was culturaly Wood Elven.
Climate
Kuw Zov Ner has a yearly average temperature of 17°C (62°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 29°C (84°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 5°C (41°F). Kuw Zov Ner receives an average of 151 cm/y (59 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Kuw Zov Ner covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 3000 m (9842 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Kuw Zov Ner was founded durring the early 11th century, by Khëd Dharda. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Kuw Zov Ner was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the early 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kuw Zov Ner is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Kuw Zov Ner is buildings folow an organic layout of broad split-log ties streets whihch gives the town a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The town has a defencive wall made from large clay bricks. The wall is constructed to the exact specifications of millitary fortifications, but the nature of its clay brick construction leaves it vulnerable to even outdated siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. Kuw Zov Ner's brittle defences are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.
Kuw Zov Ner has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Kuw Zov Ner ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up.
Civic Infrastructure
Kuw Zov Ner has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Kuw Zov Ner.

Kuw Zov Ner has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Kuw Zov Ner has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Kuw Zov Ner's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Kuw Zov Ner possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.
Kuw Zov Ner has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Kuw Zov Ner has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
Kuw Zov Ner's citizens locals enjoy many vices and lustful appetites. They may have religious sanction for their deeds, or neighbors might trade with them for such things, or they could be followers of some ideology that blesses such pursuits. Their economy or their social organization is usually heavily reliant on such traffic, and to ensure its continuance they may have made bargains with various mortal and immortal powers.
Kuw Zov Ner's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by towering round arches, massive stone and brickwork, small windows, thick walls, and a propensity for housing art and sculpture depicting mythological scenes. The building's general shape would be a clever and ascetic combination of geometric shapes, which would be blended together by joining elements. The style's decorative features were largely internal rather than external and incorporated semicircular arches for windows, doors, and arcades; barrel or groin vaults to support the roof of the nave; massive piers and walls, with few windows, to contain the outward thrust of the vaults; side aisles with galleries above them..
